How does usePhotoshoot work?+
Pick a scene, choose a photoshoot of 4, 8 or 12 photos (or single shots), pick your outfit and upload a photo of yourself. We create new photos of you in that scene, usually within minutes.
Which photos should I upload?+
One clear photo of your face is enough. For the best likeness, add up to three: a clear front photo, one with a real smile and one that shows your build. The sharper and better lit they are, the more the results look like you. Avoid sunglasses, hats or anything covering your face.
What happens to my photo?+
It's used for your photoshoot and nothing else, and it's deleted as soon as your photos are ready. We're a small company from Germany, so the GDPR covers everything we do with it.
Will the photos still look like me?+
That's the idea. Your photos are the reference for your face, build, glasses and beard, and we don't slim, de-age or airbrush anyone. The photos are AI-generated and results vary, which is why a photoshoot gives you several shots to choose from.
Can I pick specific photos instead of a full photoshoot?+
Yes. A full photoshoot is a curated set: the scene's strongest shots for its size. Or choose "Build your set" to pick exactly the photos you want.
Can we do it as a couple?+
Yes. Choose Couple in the first step and upload up to four photos: of you both together, of each of you alone, or a mix.
Can I choose what I wear?+
Yes. Every scene comes with its own outfits, and they're included. Pick another of its looks, put one together piece by piece in the colours you like, or upload up to three photos of your own clothes. Your own style adds 20% to the shoot; the free photos wear the scene's looks.
Do I need to subscribe?+
No. All plans are one-time credit packs: no subscription, no recurring charges.
What are credits, and do they expire?+
Credits are what you spend on photos. Bigger packs and bigger photoshoots get you more photos per credit, and credits don't expire.
What's the difference between “Standard”, “HD” and “Ultra”?+
The detail. Every photo comes in the same size, whichever you pick; the quality decides how much care goes into each one. “Standard” is clean and quick, the quality of your free photos. “HD” adds finer detail in skin, hair and fabric, and it's what every photo on this site is made in. “Ultra” takes the most time over texture and light, for the photos you want at their very best.
What if a photo fails to generate?+
Occasionally a photo can't be made because of a technical failure. When that happens, the credits for it are refunded to your account automatically. If a photo is made but isn't to your liking, just create a new one.
