Where each photo goes
- Leadership and C-level profiles
- Speaker and keynote pages
- Annual reports and press
- Lawyers, advisors and consultants
Authority doesn't shout. It sits still and looks you in the eye.

The low-key look, explained
Low-key lighting means most of the frame stays dark while a single soft light shapes your face. It removes every distraction, adds depth and gives a portrait gravity. Magazines use it for business covers for exactly that reason – it reads as confident and considered. The dark backdrop also lets the photo stand out on a page full of bright, white-background headshots.

What the shoot covers
Standing and seated portraits, the reverse-chair pose, a low-angle power shot with arms crossed and a split-light close-up for the boldest version. One real, unguarded laugh keeps the set human, so you have a warmer option for your website as well. Together that's a cover photo, a profile picture and a few portraits for interviews or press, all in one consistent look.

When to choose this over a bright headshot
Pick Executive Dark when the photo has to carry weight: a board page, a speaker profile, a book jacket. For recruiting and everyday networking, the bright Studio Headshot is friendlier. Many people take both and use them for different channels: the light one where people meet you for the first time, the dark one where they should remember you. Both are ready in minutes.
What's in your Executive Dark photoshoot
Every shoot is planned like a real one: portraits, close-ups, candid moments and a few bold angles, with an outfit change halfway. Pick 4, 8 or 12 photos, or choose single shots.

Executive Dark photoshoot: questions
Does a dark background work for a profile picture?
Yes, especially for senior roles – it stands out in a feed full of white backgrounds. Use the close-up for your profile picture; the landscape shot beside the leather chair works as a banner.
What will I be wearing?
A tailored charcoal or black blazer with a dark turtleneck or shirt, and a navy double-breasted look for the second half of the shoot. The cut adapts to you automatically – or wear your own suit: a photo of it is enough.
Is it obvious that the photos are AI-generated?
The shoot is designed to look like a real studio session: natural skin texture, real fabrics, believable light. Where a platform or employer asks about AI images, it's best to be open about it.
